Your Booking

PROVISIONAL - When you book first we need to make a few checks, for example but not limited to;

we have people to open the venue for you.
a regular community user group who normally books that time slot has not made a mistake
there's no conflict with an Annual Fixture
there is no planned maintenance to the hall

We are volunteers and we are working on a solution where more than one person can do this so you don't have to wait more than a couple of days.

CONFIRMED - This means that you are officially booked in.

ARRIVAL - The hall will be open for your arrival with all the requirements you put in the booking around table and chairs

KITCHEN - If you have booked the kitchen you can use anything except for the Cupboards marked as After School Club

LAYOUT - please email eastlintonhall@gmail.com if you didn't put your tables and chairs Some sample Layouts

CONTACTS - The hall keepers phone number is on the mobile stand in the foyer if you have any issues.

CLEANING - Please take a moment to go around the hall and ensure you leave it as you find it. (cleaning cupboard is in the foyer where we have a 200cm scissor brush that takes care of the hall in 5 minutes). If you spill anything there are also mops.
- BINS - The bins are there for the odd piece of rubbish or recycling, if you have an event of any scale please take your rubbish home, we will charge if excessive.
- TOILET ROLL / SOAP - If you are hosting an event please make sure you brings your own/ replenish the items. We are a community owned hall.

CLOSE - If the hall-keeper isn’t there just leave. They will be along shortly to close.
