Fit Form is run by East Linton based Laura Ross. She has been a fitness coach for over nine years, qualified in CYQ Level 3 Personal Training, Level 2 Exercise to Music and Level 2 Gym Instructing as well as numerous class specific qualifications.
She is fully insured, disclosure checked and first-aid trained as well as being PPL licensed and REPs registered.
She currently runs two classes in East Linton (although is always happy to consider more!):
Metafit – Monday 7pm East Linton Community Hall
This is a 30 minute HIIT class involving short, intense intervals - extremely effective for improving fitness and burning fat.
Zumba – Monday 7.30pm East Linton Community Hall
Zumba is a dance based fitness class incorporating a wide range of rhythms from around the world – definitely a fun way to get fit!
These are drop in classes so there is no need to book in advance. Everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level and experience as options are given to suit different abilities.
Although she is not teaching Zumba Kids in East Linton at present, please let her know if this is something you would be interested in for your child and she can contact you if these classes restart.
